摘要: Abstract Gastric cancer is a leading cause of cancer‑associated mortality worldwide. In studies on the mechanisms antigastric drugs, autophagy and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress have been demonstrated to serve an active role in gastric cancer. The organic extract Periplaneta americana (also termed American Cockroach), which named Kangfuxin (KFX) China, has used clinically as traditional Chinese medicine against disorders, including stomach bleeding, ulcers, tuberculosis, burns trauma. However, KFX its mechanism remains be elucidated. present study aimed determine effects in vitro cultured human carcinoma SGC‑7901 cell line, explore potential anticancer cells were treated with different concentrations for varying amounts time. As result, treatment decreased ratio apoptosis regulators Bcl‑2/Bax, activated ER induced significant cells. Furthermore, was able restore activation blocked by 4‑phenylbutyrate. addition, These results that stress, apoptosis‑inducing may achieve promising numerous other types particular, essential KFX‑induced secondary autophagy.
