摘要: Many details of cytoplasmic streaming and related motions performed by cellular filaments microtubules are imitated working models with rotating helices (film), indicating the validity these models. The rotations obviously connected winding unwinding cytoskeleton-associated helical (filament-associated proteins or MAPs). These cause sliding as shown models: same rotational direction two elements means parallel sliding; opposite direction, antiparallel sliding. latter system shows three velocities formula $$ {{v}_{w}}=\frac{{{v}_{{{F}_{2}}}}-{{v}_{{{F}_{1}}}}}{2} $$ , where vW is velocity waves which uni-directional on both elements. \( {{v}_{{{F}_{2}}}} \) quicker element. {{v}_{{{F}_{1}}}} slower element in direction.
