摘要: Investigation of probable toxic effects acetamiprid (ACMP) on kidney and comparative analysis the protective vitamin E melatonin were conducted in present study. The ethics committee approval was obtained from Inonu University Medical Faculty Ethics Committee. Fifty Balb-c mice randomly assigned to control, corn oil, ethyl alcohol, ACMP, ACMP + melatonin, E, groups. At end experiments, rat tissues incised under anesthesia. Blood samples examined. After 21 days administration, it observed that malondialdehyde (MDA), total oxidant status (TOS), BUN, creatinine, IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α levels, histopathological damage, Caspase-3 immunoreactivity scores increased, glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), antioxidant (TAS) levels decreased, damages observed. Melatonin administration led improvements oxidative stress parameters, renal functions, inflammatory markers, findings. nephrotoxicity tissues. Although administrations effective separately, co-administration both quite effective. Concomitant use could be prevention toxicity.
