摘要: Abstract Much attention has been paid recently to developing greener and sustainable technologies in the herbal medicine industry, which produces large amounts of waste. This work proposes a clean approach isolating bioactive food fiber as polyphenolic-polysaccharide conjugates (PPCs) by combining ultrafiltration (UF) with shortening process time, lowering energy input, improving water management, reducing organic solvent consumption while maintaining an acceptable yield biological activity higher selectivity for PPCs. A simple procedure using UF high potential industrial approaches. Leaves wild strawberry (Fragaria vesca L.), are waste from plant cultivation, were used. The study schedule was planned modern experimental design response surface methodology. chemical character optimal product, its bioactivity, mechanisms action found be similar those isolate obtained conventionally. product highly branched arabinogalacturonan complexed lignin-type polyphenolic matrix containing three fractions molar masses (Mp) approximately 180 × 103, 12 6 103 g mol−1. had anticoagulant on human blood plasma serving Factor Xa inhibitor when mediated antithrombin or IIa through creation complex heparin cofactor II. more selective than conventionally product.
