Stretchable Power-Generating Sensor Array in Textile Structure Using Piezoelectric Functional Threads with Hemispherical Dome Structures

摘要: This paper presents a power-generating sensor array in flexible and stretchable form. The proposed device is composed of woven structure that provides various features, including capacitive tactile sensor, piezoresistive strain triboelectric energy harvester, piezoelectric harvester. implemented textile using functional threads with lead zirconate, carbon nanotube, polydimethylsiloxane, silver nanowire (Ag NW). A stretching force can be detected by measuring the resistance change Ag NW composite layer on each thread. Further, magnitude location vertical capacitance variation cell formed gap between two layers at crossing points weft warp For harvesters, maximum power was measured as 108 μW 3 MΩ from harvesting when pushed direction. When applied, 60.3 μW 1 MΩ
