A New Framework for Ad Hoc Network routing Protocol without Destination Sequence Number

摘要: In Ad Hoc Networks, a connection breaks due to the irregular movement of mobile nodes and inherent characteristics wireless medium such as interference multi-path fading. AODV, typical on-demand routing protocol in networks, uses Destination sequence numbering for loop-free, but it may cause RREQ broadcast storm problem. This paper proposes AODV_ods that does not need destination number, message table without loop. To show effectiveness proposed scheme, we performed extensive simulation with NS-2. The results ADOV_ods efficiently bandwidth compare original AODV. Finally AODV ods reduces overhead, end delay increases overall packet delivery ratio.
