摘要: Chronic administration to rats of a diet in which all choline is replaced by NADe, an unnatural analog, results classical hypocholinergic syndrome characterized progressive loss learning and memory, hyperkinesis, hyperreactivity hyperalgesia. Discontinuation the artificial rapid elimination NADe from both free phospholipid-bound pools tissues studied, but behavioral effects recede more slowly incompletely. These are consistent with model compete acetylcholine phospholipid synthesis, resulting selective vulnerability cholinergic neurons. Histological studies progress determine whether microanatomical changes also this model.
