摘要: Disclosed is a method of producing compound with β1-4 linkage which contains the lactosamine structure involving reacting at least one donor substance GalβOR where R an organic group, and acceptor glucopyranosamino derivative having formula G1cNR''-R''', wherein NR'' azido, 2-N-acetyl-, 2-N-phtalimido, or group bound to 2-N-group glucosamine, R''' glycosidically fluoro O-, C-, N- S- aliphatic aromatic compound, proviso that if NHAc then not OH may be OH, in presence Bullera singularis E.C. 3.2 glycosidase essentially same as obtained from form derivative; optionally isolating structure.
