摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing barium titanium oxide single crystal piece with given structure using containerless solidification process, which comprises the steps of preparing material made oxide, controlling to be in levitated state within levitation furnace, melting laser, and solidifying molten while maintaining state. In specific embodiment, spherical sample having composition BaTiO 3 weight about 20 mg subjected rapid process (temperature gradient: 700 K/sec) times levitating 4.5 atm air atmosphere an electrostatic furnace. Then, re-molten maintained at temperature just below point time, then rapidly cooled cooling rate 300 K/sec obtain transparent blue crystal. The exhibits innovative dielectric characteristics large relative permittivity (100,000 or more room temperature) low loss. addition, has excellent stability allowing gently reduced range 70 K.
