摘要: A drug form is provided for increasing the oral absorption of polar bioactive agents such as xanthines, polyhydroxylic substances, zwitterions, polypeptides and organic anions related chemical species by administration said in a suitable pharmaceutically accepted excipientto which has been added hydroxyaromatic, hydroxyaryl or hydroxy aralkyl acid salt amide ester thereof. The aryl thereof present quantities suffi- cientto be effective enhancing rate agents.
