摘要: Schizophrenia is a leading cause of disability and health expenditure worldwide associated with homelessness, substance use, familial social isolation, unemployment, involvement the criminal justice system, stigma, excess mortality. Prevention may be feasible through intervention help-seeking “clinical high-risk” youth early symptoms psychosis. A work approach to psychosis prevention would build upon initial evidence that effective for this population add cross-disciplinary coordination services, mobilization community resources, expertise in psychosocial interventions.
