摘要: Wireless sensor technologies can provide the leverage needed to enhance patient-caregivers collaboration through ubiquitous access and direct communication, which promotes smart scalable vital sign monitoring of chronically ill elderly people live an independent life. However, design operation BASNs are challenging, because limited power small form factor biomedical sensors. In this paper, adaptive compression technique that aims at achieving low-complexity energy-efficient subject time delay distortion constraints is proposed. particular, we analyze processing energy consumption, then consumption optimization model with Using model, Personal Data Aggregator (PDA) dynamically chooses optimal parameters according real-time measurements packet delivery ratio (PDR) or individual users. To evaluate verify our develop experimental testbed, where EEG data sent PDA compresses gathered forwards it server decompresses reconstructs original signal. Experimental testbed simulation results show offer significant savings in low complexity without affecting application accuracies.
