摘要: Abstract 2 Highway work zones greatly affect operational and safety performance of traffic. Existing studies 3 have primarily focused on exploring issues long-term whereas 4 associated with a large number relatively shorter duration are seldom examined. Thus, 5 this paper aims to present an investigation traffic in these short 6 duration. Considering low frequency crashes due tothis type 7 respect its crash condition non-crash conditionrare event” logistic regression model , “ is 8 developed explore the causal relationship between set contributing factors risk. 9 The proposed accoun for imbalance events (crashes) vs. nonts -event (non-crash) 10 conditions modeling occurrence.
