摘要: Objective Major trauma is characterized by a pro-inflammatory response, followed an immunosuppression. Recently, in patients, the lack of recovery monocyte Human Leukocyte Antigen DR (mHLA-DR, biomarker ICU-acquired immunosuppression) between days 1–2 and 3–4 has been demonstrated to be independently associated with sepsis development. The main objective this study was determine whether early measurements IL-6 (interleukin-6) IL-10 plasma concentrations (as markers initial severity) could improve, association mHLA-DR recovery, prediction occurrence severe patients.
