摘要: Abstract Mesoporous ZnO particle with high specific surface area was synthesized by a reverse microemulsion-based evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) technique, using zinc nitrate as metal precursor and sucrose porogen, respectively. Structural morphological characterization indicated that the resulting possesses wurtzite structure spherical morphology an average size of about 150 nm. And, effect molar ratio to Zn2+ on mesoporosity antibacterial activity also investigated. The results low temperature N2 adsorption–desorption analysis confirmed formation mesoporous ZnO. When 1.5, possessed highest 233.56 m2 g−1 largest pore volume 0.89 cm3 g−1, inhibition zone tests revealed exhibits strong against both Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus.
