摘要: Since the functional outcome of effector T lymphocytes depends on a balance between activatory and inhibitory receptors, we studied ability CTLA-4 (CD152) to inhibit cytolytic function CTL. In 22 TCRαβ+CD3+8+ CTL clones, activation induced by anti-CD3, anti-CD28, or anti-CD2 mAb was inhibited anti-CD152 in redirected killing assay. eight clones inhibition >40%, 10 it ranged 20–40%, four 40% increment target cell lysis achieved three studied. is not equally shared all this feature also appears be clonally distributed.
