摘要: Abstract Introduction To study the expression of defensin-5 (RD-5), soluble phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) and lysozyme in intestine a rat model acute liver failure its relationship with intestinal bacterial translocation (BT). Patients methods Sprague–Dawley (SD) rats were divided into two groups. The experimental group was five subgroups according to lapsing time after established, which designated accordingly as 8 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h Acute (ALF) induced by intraperitoneal injection 10% d -galactosamine. homogenates mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs), spleen from each cultured agar determine outgrowth. mRNA RD-5, sPLA2, protein determined. Results No bacteria grew organ cultures control while groups had positive cultures. Expression RD-5 sPLA2 gradually increased at early points peaked 16 h induction ALF, then progressively decreased. 8 h ALF induction, Similar results obtained Western blot immunohistochemical staining. Discussion immune barrier function ileal mucosa compromised demonstrated decreased Paneth cells along translocation.
