摘要: Three populations (Azov, Caspian, and Black Sea) of Russian sturgeon Acipenser queldenstaedtii were tested for polymorphism at nuclear (RAPD microsatellites) mitochondrial (PCR identification two mitotypes) markers. In addition, morphometric analysis he representatives Azov population was carried out. According to the morphological characters, Sea occupied an intermediate position between Caspian populations, reflecting phylogeography this species. agreement with data, genetic distances (the data STR analysis) also placed (FST = 0.058 0.043). The distance somewhat higher 0.070). highest allelic four microsatellite loci found observed in population, while lowest Azov. RAPD distinguished high within although it not feasible interpopulation analysis. Using method differentiating “baerii-like” typical “gueldenstaedtii” mitotypes, absence marker demonstrated. frequency constituted 31.1 1.8%, respectively. Possible evolutionary reasons differences are discussed.
