Céfazoline : une alternative à la cloxacilline ?

摘要: Resume Le risque d’une rupture dans l’approvisionnement en cloxacilline intraveineuse conduit a rechercher des alternatives l’utilisation penicillines anti-staphylococciques les infections severes Staphylococcus aureus sensible la meticilline. But du travail Examiner arguments bibliographiques recents plaidant pour une large utilisation de cefazoline cas d’indisponibilite (pediatrie exclue). La recherche ete etendue aux autres anti-staphylococciques : nafcilline, oxacilline. Materiel et methodes Recherche PubMed travaux publies au cours 10 dernieres annees revues referencees. Resultats Tous comparatifs publies, retrospectifs, montrent l’efficacite moins equivalente par rapport anti-staphylococciques, suggerent meilleure tolerance. Discussion–conclusion Il n’existe pas prospectifs randomises. Pour cette raison, doit etre reservee ruptures approvisionnement cloxacilline. Une posologie elevee 80 a 100 mg/kg/j semble justifiee sensibilite l’effet inoculum.
