摘要: The aurea locus mutant (au (w)) of tomato contains less than 5% the level phytochrome in wild-type tissue as measured by vivo difference spectroscopy. Immunoblot analysis using antibodies directed against etiolated-oat demonstrates that crude extracts etiolated are deficient a major immunodetectable protein (116 kDa) normally present parent wild type. Analyses strongly indicate 116-kDa is showing this protein: a) degraded more rapidly vitro after brief far-red irradiation red (Vierstra RD, Quail PH, Planta 156: 158-165, 1982); b) covalently bound chromophore detected Zn-chromophore fluorescence on nitrocellulose blots; and c) has an apparent molecular mass comparable to from other species size exclusion chromatography under non-denaturing conditions. demonstration indicates lack spectrally detectable result lesion which affects abundance molecule opposed its spectral integrity.
