摘要: Multipotent adult progenitor cells (MAPCs) are bone marrow-derived nonhematopoietic stem with a broad differentiation potential and extensive expansion capacity. A comparative study between human mesenchymal (hMSCs) MAPCs (hMAPCs) has shown that hMAPCs have clearly distinct phenotypical functional characteristics from hMSCs. In particular, express lower levels of MHC class I than hMSCs cannot only differentiate into typical cell types but can also in vitro vivo endothelial cells. The use as cellular immunomodulatory products gained much interest since their capacities became evident over the last decade. Currently, clinical grade product is already used trials to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), well for treatment acute myocardial infarct, ischemic stroke, Crohn’s disease. Therefore, we studied immune phenotype, immunogenicity, immunosuppressive effect vitro. We demonstrated nonimmunogenic T-cell proliferation cytokine production. addition, exert strong effects on alloreactivity induced by mitogens recall antigens. This was not restricted, which makes off-the-shelf promising. partially mediated via soluble factors dependent indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) activity. At last, isolated hMAPCs, named MultiStem, one single donor observed both immunogenicity all three comparable conclusion, potent properties serve valuable source product.
