摘要: Abstract Field levels in indirect electrostatic discharge (ESD) test setups are hardly known yet. It has been proposed to ANSI and IEC use a horizontal simulator position instead of vertical ESD testing. This paper shows the field values on coupling plane for different excitations grounding topologies questions if goal change – reduction influence will be achieved. Also, investigations dealing with sensitivity digital devices impulsive fields presented.
