摘要: Abstract One of the major issues regarding environmental protection outer space is problem debris. This article gives a short survey basic facts about debris and then examines some legal questions arising, including rules currently in force proposals for future. In particular, findings Cologne Colloquium on space, held May 1988, are taken into consideration.
