摘要: Aging of the skin is a complex phenomenon resulting from interaction several intrinsic and extrinsic factors [1]. Due to cosmetic disfigurement it produces its psychological impact, especially women, aging has become an issue great social significance concern. Intrinsic inevitable, genetically programmed process, underlying mechanisms which remain largely unknown. No prevention or effective treatment currently available Among influences (wind, heat, cigarette smoke, chemicals, etc.), ultraviolet radiation appears be single most important factor associated with [2]. Photoaging refers gross microscopic cutaneous changes induced by cumulative exposure (UVR). These are superimposed on background Increased recreational sun exposure, including excessive sunbathing, depletion stratospheric ozone, use UVR in various diseases, some causes that have led increased prevalence photoaging during last decades. The clinical importance lies mostly potential for development precancerous lesions cancer [3]. In contrast aging, photodamage can prevented avoidance proper protection Furthermore, overwhelming histological evidence indicate reversed topical retinoids [4].
