摘要: Influenza is a considerable health problem all over the world. Vaccination most important measure for preventing influenza and reducing morbidity mortality. The aims of this study were to assess vaccination coverage from 2001 2007 in Germany, understand motivations barriers vaccination, identify intentions season 2007/08. In representative household surveys, 12,039 telephone interviews with individuals aged ≥ 14 years conducted between 2007. Essentially same questionnaire was used seasons. 2006/07, overall rate dropped 32.5% previous 27.4%. elderly (≥ 60 years), decreased 51.6% 44.7% odds ratio being vaccinated, compared those not belonging high-risk group, remained < 5. Chronically ill persons had an 7, while younger chronically health-care workers ratios about 2.
