摘要: Abstract : In this work we study the effects of channel estimation/ equalization on BER performance RF carrier frequency hopped OFDM (FH-OFDM) when using synchronization information that is embedded directly into baseband symbol stream. sensor networks CSMA, acquisition preambles can require a large overhead percentage overall message. Embedding data stream eliminates access overhead, thus providing potential for zero-time access. Superposition (embedding) sync information, however, causes interference onto which must be removed satisfactory performance. Consequently, cancellation (EIC) utilized, requires accurate state estimation. Using coherent 4QAM- and 16QAM-OFDM modulation, estimation evaluated COST207 multipath fading model. Less than 1 dB difference found between preamble system short message bursts (< 1msec) burst rate greater 1.6 Mbit/sec. The mean square error (MSE) versus pilot also determined as function urban rural environments.
