摘要: Eye movements were monitored during a recognition memory test of previously studied pictures full-color scenes. The scenes identical to the originals, had an object deleted from them, or included new substituted for original object. In contrast prior report (Parker, 1978), we found no evidence that deletions substitutions could be recognized on basis information acquired visual periphery. Deletions difficult recognize peripherally, and eyes not attracted them. Overall, amplitude average saccade critical was less than 4.5° angle in all conditions averaged 4.1° across conditions. We conclude about presence identity scene is limited relatively small region around current fixation point.
