摘要: In order to disclose the mechanism of mandrel on thickness and profile shear spun parts, spinning processes with a or not were analyzed, distribution variation strain stress also investigated by experiment finite element method. The results show that without is larger than whole. From bottom top part, decreases gradually, while at first then increases. linearity part better mandrel, but tendency flange keeping backward wrinkling former latter. There little difference in between parts mandrelless. midst final stage, radial tensile axial compression increase sharply, increases little. So wall thinner mandrel. It’s feasible spin for thicker opening end no high demand linearity, can be improved subsequent spinning.
