摘要: Quantitative determination of caffeine on reversed-phase C8 thin-layer chromatography plates using a surface sampling electrospray ionization system with tandem mass spectrometry detection is reported. The chromatography/electrospray method employed deuterium-labeled internal standard and selected reaction monitoring detection. Up to nine parallel bands single plate were sampled in scanning experiment requiring 35 min at scan rate 44 μm/s. A HPLC/UV assay was developed assess the performance. Limits for methods determined from calibration curve statistics 0.20 ng injected (0.50 μL) 1.0 spotted plate, respectively.
