摘要: Software industries are resorting to the use of web platforms due their ability provide access files and information locally, remotely on mobile devices without software prerequisites. This has resulted in a multitude vendors hence large number development with conflicting merits classifying this problem among complex decision problems. Decision making frameworks that consist models have been successfully applied different problems delivered dependable solutions. Multi-criteria like Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique for Order Performance by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) usually activities. In most problems, two integrated fuzzy environment form model uncertainties data collection.
