摘要: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy has been applied to the study of human breast tumors, tumor cell lines and xenografted cells. The results presented indicate that substantial differences exist on a macroscopic level between tumors lines, which are related presence significant connective tissue matrix in tumors. On xenografts appear, spectroscopic terms, be relatively homogeneous with weak signature characteristic tissue. Differences microscopic adjacent small (30 μm2) areas same could detected, were due local variations collagen content. In addition content, variation deposition fat droplets throughout both detected. These care studies tissues must carried out avoid incorrect interpretation an incomplete understanding pathology. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
