摘要: Enveloped viruses, which include many medically important viruses such as human immunodeficiency virus, influenza virus and hepatitis C are intracellular parasites that acquire lipid envelopes from their host cells. Success of replication is intimately linked to ability hijack cell mechanisms, particularly those related membrane dynamics metabolism. Despite recent progress, our knowledge mediated virus-host interactions remains highly incomplete. In addition, diverse experimental systems used study different stages thus complicating comparisons. This review aims present a unifying view the widely strategies by enveloped at distinct cycles.
