摘要: This report presents a synthesis and interpretation of various sources information about the modelling car parking behaviour, using authors' own experience understanding this field. It is based on: (1) an extensive review assessment existing literature, concentrating on recent innovations developments in handling behaviour congested urban networks; (2) direct consultation with some leading researchers UK overseas desirable feasible directions research parking. Four key criteria for assessing models are outlined. There then brief critical survey main types models: discrete choice models; network (3) performance design (4) interaction simulation models. followed by identification questions, discussion possible approaches. A relatively straightforward extension presented to CONTRAM model, developed Transport Research Laboratory (TRL). could accommodate search, impact driver systems. Finally, conclusions recommendations presented.
