摘要: Sarcopenia is characterized by reduced skeletal muscle mass and strength in older individuals. It one of the leading cause physical limitation adults, associated with wide spectrum adverse events including disability mortality. The phenomenon chronic-inflammation or inflamm-aging aging known to be a major contributor myriad geriatric conditions sarcopenia. Recent advances regenerative medicine, particular cell therapy have opened up new possibilities ameliorate broad range inflammatory disorders. In this context, we will discuss on modulation chronic-inflammatory activation adults using strategies. This review an effort toward reducing growing burden sarcopenia related dependency population.
