Acoustic phonon power spectra in a periodic superlattice

摘要: We consider a Green function formalism, based on the frequency distribution, to study propagation of acoustic phonon modes in periodic superlattice. The calculations are linear response approach, which is very convenient deal with this kind problem. A damping term γ included phenomenological way into wavevector expression. In order examine excitation, we also determine, by using fluctuation-dissipation theorem, their power spectra, have many interesting properties. (© 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
