摘要: The secretion of metabolites in guttation droplets by indoor moulds is not well documented. This study demonstrates the actively growing common moulds. Old and fresh biomasses isolates Aspergillus versicolor, Chaetomium globosum, Penicillium expansum, Trichoderma atroviride, T. trixiae, Rhizopus sp. Stachybotrys were compared. Metabolic activity indicated viability staining liquid detected young ( 6 months old) cultures consisting dehydrated hyphae dormant conidia. Fresh (<3 weeks toxic more than 10 times towards mammalian cell lines (PK-15 MNA) compared to old dormant, dry biomasses, when calculated per biomass wet weight conidial particle. Surfactant was emitted exudates from also provoked conidia atroviride strains. Water repealing substances P. C. globosum metabolic state fungal growth may influence emission soluble bioreactive into air.
