摘要: To understand the effect of tea planting on soil biochemical properties, polyphenol concentration, microbial community, biomass C:N ratio, and enzyme activity in top were compared among a native shrub, gardens with without artificial managements. Our results showed that increased carbon contents by 14.5 to 74.9%, as well improving polyphenols accumulated soil. After long-term planting, pH value decreased 1 point managements no significant change The ratios nitrogen (bio-C:N), respectively, ranged from 3 4 5 9 gardens. Soil polyphenolic oxidase peroxidase ages garden. Tea has induced enrichment fungi ratio Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. suggested would increase C stock, but not induce acidity. Polyphenol richness organic matter should be responsible for sequestration stabilization
