摘要: Flavonoids are potentially immunomodulatory factors and it may be inferred that these phytochemicals contribute to properties of the Allium family. In present study, we investigated potential mechanism underlying effect shallot its ethyl acetate (EA) fraction as flavonoid-rich sources. Ex vivo, effects a hydroalcoholic extract shallot, fractions quercetin on lymphocyte viability were evaluated.
