Intraspinal hemangioblastomas: analysis of 92 cases in a single institution: clinical article.

摘要: Object Intraspinal hemangioblastomas are relatively uncommon benign tumors. The surgical strategies remain controversial, and the risk factors with regard to clinical outcome unclear. purpose of this study was analyze characteristics, imaging findings, strategies, functional outcomes associated intraspinal hemangioblastomas. Methods A series 92 patients who underwent 102 operations for resection 116 at a single institution during 2007–2011 were consecutively enrolled in study. Of these, 60 (65.2%) had sporadic 32 (34.8%) von Hippel-Lindau disease. Preoperatively, 13 digital subtraction angiography (DSA), 15 3D CT (3D CTA), none preoperative embolization.
