摘要: This paper presents a case study of retail company and approaches the relationship between organizationalmanagement practices control workers’ subjectivity. The research is qualitative based inobservations, interviews, video records analysis documents. collected data were analyzed followingBardin’s proposal for content analysis. theoretical discussion grounded on contributions fromauthors Psychosociology Political Economy Power. Within researched company, thatsubjectively involve worker with organization are: (i) process immersion achieving integration betweenworkers; (ii) rituals inaugurating new branch offices, anthems composed by workers themselves; (iii)internalization norms rules conduct through participation in creation policies ofenchantment systematic repetition organizational objectives values; (iv) production ofbooks stories success, shaping subjectivity evidencing an ideal behavior. main result this essayis to highlight effectiveness controlling that reinforce both involvement andthe seductive perverse engagement organization, their adherence ideologyof enchantment which resembles “religious” instance.
