摘要: Significant progress has been made in the development of cancer immunotherapies. However, as advances continue to unravel complexity immune system and processes involved induction antitumor immunity tolerance, new questions increasingly arise. Various approaches have undertaken an effort induce efficient immunity. Dendritic cells are most potent antigen-presenting known, this capacity dendritic exploited against various malignancies under different conditions. This chapter reviews controversies cell-based vaccine development, including sources cells, their differentiation, maturation antigen loading, delivery, well effective monitoring clinical responses vivo.
