摘要: A variety of new polymers ranging from rubbery materials to tough and rigid plastics have been prepared by the thermal copolymerization tung oil, styrene, divinylbenzene. The is performed in temperature range 85-160 degrees C with variations stoichiometry, oxygen uptake, peroxides, metallic catalysts used. Gelation reactants typically occurs at temperatures higher than 140 C, fully cured thermosets are obtained after post-curing 160 C. determined Soxhlet extraction contain approximately 90-100% cross-linked materials, (1)H NMR FTIR spectroscopy indicates that random copolymers. bulk polymeric light yellow transparent glossy surfaces, possess glass transition -2 +116 cross-link densities 1.0 x 10(3)-2.5 10(4) mol/m(3), coefficients linear expansion 2.3 10(-4)-4.4 10(-4) per compressive moduli 0.02-1.12 GPa, strengths 8-144 MPa. These thermally stable below 300 exhibit a major degradation maximum rate 493-506
