摘要: A method and apparatus are described for determining the concentration of an analyte present in a sample using multi-spectral analysis near infrared mid-infrared ranges. Incident radiation containing plurality distinct, nonoverlapping regions wavelengths range approximately 1100 to 5000 nm is used scan sample. Diffusively reflected emerging from detected, value indicative obtained application chemometrics techniques. Information each region can be cross-correlated order remove background interferences.
