摘要: In this paper, the surface morphology and internal, micro-structure of orthogonal cutting chip were examined by means scanning transmission electron microscope compared with varying speed. The following results obtained from observation consideration. A had several band structures elongated normally to direction, structure consisted subgrains 0. 1-0. 5 μm in width. deformation texture {110}, existed caused structure. corresponded a lamella pattern. Dislocations showed behaviour recovery recrystallization generation frictional heat increase process, rotation subgrain formation twin observed chip, it is possible that these phenomena may be relaxed strain which occurred rapid shearing stress chip.
