摘要: During recent years, more and Open Data becomes available used as part of the movement. However, there are reported issues with quality metadata in data portals itself. This is a serious risk that could disrupt project, well e-government initiatives since needs to be managed guarantee reliability public. First assessment frameworks emerge evaluate for given dataset or portal along various dimensions (e.g., information completeness). Nonetheless, common problem such provide meaningful ranking mechanisms able integrate several user preferences provider likely have different than consumer). To address this multi-criteria decision making problem, our research work applies AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), which compares 146 active across 44 countries, powered by CKAN software.
