摘要: Theory is critical to science. Group support systems (GSS), as a field of scientific inquiry no exception. The important issue about theory in GSS then not why theory, but where should come from (or how be developed) and assess it evaluate its usefulness). This paper expounds on these issues by considering various approaches theorizing GSS, delves into prototypical efforts the research community under each approach. typical theoretical product approach analyzed terms conceptual logical structure, pitted against criteria relevance (Thomas Tymon, 1982). It hoped that an increased awareness processes evaluation resulting substance would provide useful directions for promoting development better hence advancing state theory.
