Do Alzheimer's disease (AD) and subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) progress differently?

摘要: Our study aimed to compare cognitive status and declines in AD with/without small vessel disease (SVD) SIVD at baseline 1-year follow-up. Patients with Alzheimer's without (AD(-)SVD) (n=148), (AD(+)SVD) (n=94) (n=60) were recruited from database of multiple centers Korea. Basic demographics detailed neuropsychological results compared. AD, regardless SVD, showed worse memory better executive function than baseline.
