摘要: Based on the resource-based view, this paper develops a conceptual model incorporating quality management practice, R&D capability, innovation, and firm performance. A questionnaire survey is conducted to examine hypotheses. The results indicate that practice has significant positive influence innovation through mediating effect of capability. Moreover, influences performance are supported. This identifies influencing mechanism between contributes theory.
