摘要: Summary Background & aims The aim of our study was to investigate the role Bifidobacterium animalis subsp . lactis (BB-12 ® ) in prevention common (gastrointestinal and respiratory) infections healthy children who attend day care centers. Methods We conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial 210 They were randomly allocated receive placebo (Placebo group, n = 106) or BB-12 at dose 10 9  colony-forming units (CFU) (Intervention n = 104) during 3-month intervention period.
