摘要: Abstract Dielectric measurements have been performed in NaNbO3 single crystals the frequency range 20Hz-1MHz and temperature 320K-750K. A low-frequency relaxation process is observed above phase transition point TC vicinity of TC. The obtained data were fitted to Cole-Cole formula. mean time obeys Arrhenius law dispersion step δ≈ (the maximum value δ≈2000) dependent. Both parameters: τ high discontinuity at occurrence a may be connected with disorder crystal structure already temperatures. This can lead arising local dipoles (polar regions).
